Hi there! I am Nicolai and a Postdoc at the Peter L. Reichertz Institute for Medical Informatics in the group of Prof. Dr. Thomas M. Deserno. Before that, I was a research assistant at the Medical Informatics Research Group of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund and, in parallel, a PhD student at the Erwin L. Hahn Institute for Magnetic Resonance Imaging under supervision of Prof. Dr. Mark E. Ladd of the German Cancer Research Center.
My research interest lies in signal processing with a focus on applications from biomedical engineering and medical informatics. On this page you will find some information regarding my research and teaching. Contact me right away if you are interested in collaboration, you want to write a thesis under my supervision, or you are interested in undergoing an internship!
