Hi there! I am Nicolai and I lead a Research Group on Biosignal Processing within the Department of Medical Informatics (University Medical Center Göttingen).
From 2020 to 2022 I was Postdoc at the Peter L. Reichertz Institute for Medical Informatics (TU Braunschweig & Hannover Medical School) in the group of Prof. Dr. Thomas M. Deserno. Before that I was PhD student at the Erwin L. Hahn Institute for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (University Duisburg-Essen) under supervision of Prof. Dr. Mark E. Ladd (German Cancer Research Center).
My research interest lies in signal processing with a focus on applications from biomedical engineering and medical informatics. On this page you will find some information regarding my research and teaching. Contact me right away if you are interested in collaboration, you want to write a thesis under my supervision, or you are interested in undergoing an internship!
